Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AskMedicalAI (“the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

HIPAA‑Safe Design — No PHI Stored
AskMedicalAI does not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).
User interactions are logged only through anonymous referral codes.
Hospitals or partners may map these codes to internal patient records, but AskMedicalAI never has access to personally identifiable information.
Use of De‑Identified Data
The Platform may collect and analyze de‑identified, aggregated insights (such as engagement rates, learning trends, or program outcomes).
This information may be shared with hospitals, researchers, or partners solely for reporting and performance improvement.
No identifiable patient data is ever collected, stored, or disclosed.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to use AskMedicalAI responsibly and acknowledge that the content provided is educational only.
Hospitals, providers, and administrators remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy laws and for maintaining the confidentiality of any PHI within their systems.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, software, algorithms, design, and features of AskMedicalAI (including “Aimy”) are the exclusive property of AskMedicalAI LLC.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse‑engineer, or modify the Platform or any portion thereof without express written consent from AskMedicalAI LLC.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
AskMedicalAI LLC and its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to medical outcomes, data misuse by third parties, or technical interruptions.
Termination of Use
AskMedicalAI LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
Relationship to Privacy Policy
Use of the Platform is also subject to the AskMedicalAI Privacy Policy (HIPAA‑Safe by Design), which explains how data is handled, stored, or de‑identified. Both documents operate together to protect users, hospitals, and AskMedicalAI LLC.
